Content & Attribution Policy

Pinas.cc is a news discovery utility, not a republisher. We collect headlines, summaries, and images as published in publishers' public RSS/Atom feeds, organize them by topic and region, and send readers to the original report.

What we do

• Ingest only publicly syndicated feed data (RSS/Atom) from reputable Philippine publishers.
• Preserve publisher attribution on every item: source name, publication time, and the canonical link.
• Open every article link to the original publisher in a new tab (rel="noopener noreferrer").
• Group related multi-publisher coverage into story clusters so readers see the full picture.

What we never do

• No full-article scraping or republication — only headlines and short summaries.
• No paywall circumvention. If a story sits behind a paywall, readers subscribe at the publisher.
• No fabricated dates, authors, or publisher logos. Missing metadata stays missing.

Corrections & takedowns

Pinas.cc displays what publishers feed us; we do not edit reporting. If a feed item misattributes, misdates, or should be removed, email corrections@pinas.cc with the story link and we will act on the source data promptly.
